My husband's favorite. Generally, we don't eat pig intestines outside.
Step1:Wash the fat intestines with flour. Blanch them in water and remove. Cut into small pieces for use.
Step2:Shred the radish. Chop the ginger, scallion and garlic. Cut the green and red peppers.
Step3:Heat oil in the pot and stir fry ingredients. Put in pork intestines. Season. Then saute radish and fry until cooked
