Step1:Wash sweet potatoes, peel them, steam them in a pot, and insert them easily with a fork as the standard.
Step2:Add some sugar to the steamed sweet potato, roll it into sweet potato puree, and add some glutinous rice flour while it's hot.
Step3:When the mashed sweet potato is not hot, add a small amount of water (about four or five tablespoons) in several times until the dough is as soft as the earlobe. Knead it into a smooth glutinous rice dough.
Step4:Divide the glutinous rice flour into small dosage forms of uniform size.
Step5:Roll the small dosage. Squash it.
Step6:Use the edge of a fork or spoon to carve patterns on sweet potato cakes.
