Bitter melon is a little bitter though it's on fire. My family doesn't like it, so I made some cucumber wine.
Step1:Cut balsam pear into sections and take out seeds. It's very simple and convenient to remove seeds with the spoon of stainless steel spoon. Then soak it in water and put some salt in it.

Cooking tips:I put some Flammulina mushroom in the minced meat. I don't think it's too healthy to be greasy. It's better for children to eat. You can also leave it alone. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
