When I was a child, I always watched my mother make steamed buns. I was full of happiness. I waited for the hot steamed buns to come out of the pot.
Step1:Knead the flour, yeast powder and proper amount of water into smooth dough. Wrap it in a fresh bag and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step2:Wash the mushrooms, drain the water, cut into small pieces, add oil, salt, ginger and soy sauce and mix well.
Step3:Take out the dough and knead until it is bright. Cut into equal parts (about 50g). Knead the dough and press it into skin. Wrap the filling and close it. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes.
Step4:Steam for 20 minutes. (just press it by hand and it will not collapse.
