Step1:Two eggs. Break them up with chopsticks. Season with salt. Dilute the chicken juice with warm boiled water. Then add it into the egg mixture.
Step2:Sieve twice. Remove the air from the egg.
Step3:Use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the remaining bubbles on the surface of the custard liquid.
Step4:Cover the plastic wrap. Use toothpicks to make holes in the plastic wrap. Add water and boil in the steamer. Put the bowl on the steamer tray. Heat for about 8 minutes. Take out the steamed custard and decorate it with meat floss.
Cooking tips:1. Don't take the steamed custard out of the pot immediately. There are skills to take it out and cook after it cools down a little naturally.
