Step1:Materials are ready.
Step2:Remove the head of spinach and wash it. Soak it in light salt water for 15 minutes.
Step3:Cut the spinach into 4cm long segments.
Step4:Mash garlic cloves with garlic press. Soak wolfberry in warm water. Prepare the sauce.
Step5:Stir fry the sesame seeds in the frying pan until they are yellowish and fragrant.
Step6:Boil the water in the pot. Blanch the spinach for 3 minutes.
Step7:Take out the cool water and control the dry water.
Step8:Put the dried spinach in a bowl. Add the mashed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chicken essence. Sprinkle the cooked sesame seeds and medlar. Pour in a few drops of sesame oil. Mix well.
Cooking tips:1. Spinach has a lot of mud. Be sure to wash and soak the mud. 2. Blanched spinach must be kept dry. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
