Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut ginger, garlic, Douban, Douchi and chili into small pieces for use. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes. Boil in boiling water with a little salt for 1-2 minutes. Then put in cold boiled water to cool.
