Step1:Cut ginger, garlic, Douban, Douchi and chili into small pieces for use. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes. Boil in boiling water with a little salt for 1-2 minutes. Then put in cold boiled water to cool.
Step2:Cut the beef into small pieces. Mix it with under flour. Stir fry a little oil until crispy. Put it in a bowl for later use.
