I like all kinds of melons in summer. And loofah. My favorite practice is loofah meat soup. When I was a child, my parents used to make all kinds of broth for me, such as cucumber sliced soup, Luffa sliced soup, winter melon sliced soup....
Step1:Loofah peels, cleans, cuts ho
Step2:After the pork is washed, cut it into meat slices, mix with some sesame oil, salt, dry starch, cooking wine and black pepper, and marinate for a while
Step3:Put the pot on the fire. Heat it up. Add some vegetable oil and heat it up. Stir fry the loofah
Step4:Stir fry the loofah for 1 minute, then dish it out for standby
Step5:Pour some water into the wok, put in the ginger and boil it, then put in the loofah
Step6:When the loofah soup is boiling, it can be ready to put into the meat slices; put the meat slices into the soup pot one by one. Do not stir immediately
Step7:When all the ingredients are cooked, add some salt
Step8:Stir evenly. Turn off the fire. Install the plate. Serve.
Cooking tips:1. Cut off the thick skin of the loofah and eat it as soon as possible to avoid blackening; 2. Put the slices of meat into the soup pot one by one. Don't stir them immediately; there are skills in making delicious dishes.
