Step1:Sliced meat. Not too thin or too thic
Step2:Starch, egg white and a little salt make a thick paste. It should not be thin but as thick as possible
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Fry the meat in the pot until golden brown. Fry it outside and inside. Take it out
Step4:Keep the oil in the pot. Don't leave too little. Heat it up. Stir in tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar and salt. Turn it into bright red. Then stir in the meat. Before leaving the pot, add the shredded green onion and coriander and stir for several times.
Cooking tips:I didn't have enough oil when I fried the pot meat with sauce, so I didn't fry it in bright red. I'll improve it next time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
