Step4:4. Heat up with the remaining oil. Add in ginger, onion and garlic. Stir fry to taste. Add in soy sauce, salt, sugar and water starch powder. Transfer out the soup
Step5:5 add chili. It's a little spicy. Add potatoes and eggplant and stir fry them evenly. You can put them on the plate
Cooking tips:1. When frying food with oil, pay attention to drain the water and avoid scalding. 2. In the later stage of seasoning, you can adjust the cooking according to your own taste.
