Step4:After fermentation for 40 minutes, the dough will be twice as big. Take out and rinse the egg liquid. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Put it into the preheated oven. 170 ℃ for 20 minutes (adjust the temperature and time according to the actual situation); after baking, cool it on the demoulding grid.
Step5:Another part of dough is shaped (because the heart mold is not enough). Divide the remaining dough into two parts on average. After rolling thin, evenly sprinkle black sesame walnut powder, broken happy nuts and cranberries, and roll them up. Put them in the baking tray for secondary fermentation.
