Cooking tips:1. Noodles can't be cooked for too long. Turn off the fire when the noodles are a little hard. Just keep them a little stuffy for a while; 2. Noodles don't need to be cooled. Bring them out when they are just cooked. It's better to mix them well while they are hot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
