Summer has come quietly. It's time to eat crayfish. Make a pot of spicy crawfish. The family have a good time eating together. It's very enjoyable.
Step1:The fresh crawfish (this is the crawfish we fished in the river. So it's a little small) is put in the bucket and soaked in salt for 2 hours. Let the shrimp spit out the dirty things in the belly.
Step2:Use scissors to cut the live shrimps off the top of the shrimps. Dig out the black part
Step3:Pull the line out at the end of the shrimp. (the tail of a shrimp has three petals. Hold the middle one and pull it out.)
Step4:Cut a knife on the back of the shrimp. It's easy to taste.
Step5:Brush the cut shrimps one by one with a toothbrus
Step6:Wash the prawns in water for 3 to 5 times and take them out for standby.
Step7:Put the washed shrimp in a stainless steel bucket and add ginger, garlic, scallion, star anise, flower horn, pepper, fragrant leaves, Siraitia, cinnamon, salt. Pour in the beer no more than two inches of shrimp. Keep boiling for 10 minutes and turn off the heat. If you like to eat eggs, you can wash them and put them in shrimps together
Step8:Heat up a pot and pour in the oil. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic and crayfish seasoning and stir for a few times. Take the shrimp out of the steel pot and add in the fennel seeds. Then add in the salt, green pepper, yellow claw, konjac and monosodium glutamate. Stir in the cucumber and add in the cooked sesame and stir evenly.
Step9:What a big crayfish. It's delicious.
Step10:I've chosen some big ones. Line up. Take photos
