I have eaten crayfish outside for several times. I found that the shrimp shell was not brushed clean, the shrimp line was not gone, and the shrimp head was not removed. Do it at home. It's more comfortable to eat. It tastes good.
Step1:Clean the crayfish with a brush.

Step9:Stir fry and change color. Add salt, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and cooking wine to taste.
Step10:Pour in the beer. No crayfish. Change to medium heat. Cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes.
