It's another year's lobster season. But I have to wait in the line and worry about it. The price is sad - I always thought that crayfish is so expensive and hard to get. It turns out that it's super cheap and fresh. Immediately decide to cook for yourself.
Step1:Live crayfish soak in salt water for an hour or two. Let it spit out mud. Change water halfway. As shown in the picture, use scissors to hold the crayfish. Avoid pinching hands with pliers. Pull out the middle half of the lobster tail. Pull out the shrimp line.

Step4:Hot pot of cold oil. Pour in pepper, dried pepper, spices and ginger and garlic in turn. It's hot and fragrant. Pour in crayfish and stir fry. Then pour in some soy sauce. Thirteen spices and a lot of salt.
Step5:Stir fry and add water. Heat to taste and collect the juice.
Step6:When the juice thickens, you can start the pot.
