Step1:Beat the egg with the beater until it turns white. The whole process lasts for half an hour. It is recommended to use the automatic machine. Beat and add brown sugar.
Step2:Cut chocolate. Microwave it for 600 W for 1.5 minutes. Stir well with a spatula. Sift in flour and cornstarch. Stir in egg mixture, cornoil and brandy. Beat batter until smooth.
Step3:Put baking paper on the baking tray. Pour the batter in slowly. Scrape the surface. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Please adjust the length of time according to different ovens. Just use toothpick to insert and take it out clean.
