The ratio of dried red beans to clean water is (1-2) at least. I use electric pressure cooker to make it. The water is not easy to lose. If you use another pot to cook red beans, you'd better put (1-3) water. This red bean paste is a healthy oil-free version. Do not put oil.

Cooking tips:Pro. No matter with Shenma pot, our goal is only to make it ripe. There is no cooking machine at home. Put the cooked red beans into the fresh-keeping bag. You can use a rolling pin to crush them. No matter what tool we use, we just need to break it. If there is too much water after the red bean is cooked, drain it a little. Don't be too dry.
