Step1:Dice butter. Set to soften. Heat in oven for a few minutes or melt in water. Reduce time.
Step2:Add sugar to the butter. Stir well.
Step3:Add the egg mixture in three times. Mix well every time.
Step4:Sift and add low gluten powder and Matcha powder.
Step5:Knead the flour into a dough and roll some of it into thin slices. When rolling out, you can spread a fresh-keeping film under and above the dough (or put the dough into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it again. When printing biscuits, cut both sides of the bag)
Step6:Use the model to print out the shape you like, and then put them on the baking tray covered with oil paper one by one.
Step7:Put the baking tray on the high and low heat. 170 degrees. Preheat for 10 minutes. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The surface is yellowish. (after the dough is kneaded, preheat the oven before rolling. This can save time, because biscuits can be printed at the same time.)
Step8:Let the biscuits cool. Put them in bags or cans.
