Step6:Put in 1 scoop soy sauce and 2 scoops oyster sauce. That's enough. I didn't put salt. Stir fry evenly. Sprinkle with scallion and sesame at last. You can get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:There's a lot of water in Pleurotus eryngii. The shrinkage is very serious after it's done. You need to buy more. 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. I use the spoon for dinner. You can also add some shredded green and red peppers. It's delicious. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
