Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Chop fennel seedling with knif

   Step2:Beat the eggs into liquid. Put in the cut fennel seedling and mix well. The amount of egg liquid should completely cover the fennel seedling.

3. 

   Step3:Add oil in the pan. Add some salt before the egg liquid is poured into the pan.

4. 

   Step4:Heat 5% of the oil into the egg liquid and spread evenly. Fry until golden on both sides. Out of the pot.
