Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Stir together the rice flour, sugar and baking soda. Add some water to the egg mixture. Mix it into a dough with moderate hardness. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap for about 1 hour.

  2. Step2:Divide the wake up dough into 20 small dough. Knead it into round pieces with your hands. Wrap it in red bean paste, and then fold it up and seal it. Knead it into a round ball and roll it into a sesame plate so that the dough is evenly covered with sesame seeds.
