Doughnut is a very popular snack. It tastes soft, waxy and sweet. It's easy to make by yourself. You can eat it at ease.
Step1:Stir together the rice flour, sugar and baking soda. Add some water to the egg mixture. Mix it into a dough with moderate hardness. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap for about 1 hour.
Step2:Divide the wake up dough into 20 small dough. Knead it into round pieces with your hands. Wrap it in red bean paste, and then fold it up and seal it. Knead it into a round ball and roll it into a sesame plate so that the dough is evenly covered with sesame seeds.
Step3:I don't have enough white sesame. I've got some black sesame.
Step4:Put the oil in the pot. Heat the oil over medium heat until it is 50% hot and put the dough into the pot. Fry the dough over medium and low heat until the dough volume increases to about one and a half times the original volume. The skin turns golden yellow. The fragrant dough is cooked.
