Step1:Prepare ingredients (for two) - a handful of green beans. A medium-sized potato. 2 yuan hand rolled noodles. About 400g. Wash the green beans. Choose the right one. Peel the potatoes and cut them with a hob.
Step2:Hot pot, cold oil. When the oil is hot, stir fry the beans and potatoes. Add soy sauce (I use June fresh soy sauce). Pour in a bowl of water and simmer.
Step3:The water is boiling. Spread the noodles evenly on the vegetables. Simmer over low heat. (the principle of braised noodles is to steam the noodles) in the middle, open the lid from time to time to check to prevent the water from drying out. If the water is dry, pour some more into it. Remember to pour it along the edge of the pot. Do not pour it directly on the noodles. Otherwise, the noodles will rot. that will be boring.
Step4:When the water is almost dry, use chopsticks to pick up the noodles and mix them evenly. Then you can eat them
