Step1:Ginger and garlic chopped together with cooking wine. Soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt. Put them together in a small bowl to make marinade.
Step2:Put the wing roots one by one in the marinade and cover them with sauce.
