Step1:Prepare the dried peppers. Clean the surface with a clean paper towe

Cooking tips:Dry peppers can't be washed. Do not have water. Otherwise, it will be damaged if stored for a long time. Be sure to use vegetable oil. Cooking oil doesn't smell good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
