Homemade red bean paste has no additives. It tastes delicious and can be kept for a week in the refrigerator.
Step1:Prepare the materials. Wash the red beans. Pour them into the rice cooker and add water and 1 teaspoon of boiled water. (adding the water will soften a lot faster. Be careful of the dry water during the boiling process). Boil the red beans for about one hour and press them with your hands to crack them as shown in the figure belo
Step2:Red beans are crushed by hand. As shown in the figure, they are packed in plastic baskets. The bottom is packed in large pots. All the extruded bean paste flows out
Step3:Finally, rinse with water. The bean paste water and the red bean skin are completely separated
Step4:If you have a cooking machine in your home, you don't need to pull the second and third steps. If you pour the soft red beans into the cooking machine and break them, you can pull them.
Step5:Put the bean paste water into the cotton bag to squeeze out wate
Step6:Squeeze out the water and pour it out. It's a beautiful tasteless bean paste
Step7:Add 70g water to the pot and put in the brown sugar. Boil the brown sugar over low heat
Step8:After the sugar dissolves completely, pour it into the bean paste and mix it well. Make it back in the future. Add some oil on the side of the pot to prevent it from touching the pot, which will also make the bean paste more fragrant. Use a small fire. Add oil while making it
Step9:Copy it to dry water. You can pull it if it smells like bean paste
