I have lived for more than 20 years. Only the sweet and sour pork ribs is a dish I can't get tired of. There are many versions of sweet and sour spareribs. I developed this version after eating sweet and sour spareribs in a five-star hotel. It's the first dish to be snatched at every family dinner. It's delicious for all ages. It's appetizing and not greasy.
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Chop spareribs. Wash and drain. Cut four pieces of ginger.
Step2:Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot and heat it. Stir fry the ginger first, then the ribs. Cover the pot and fry over medium heat. Stir fry a few times in the middle of the process. Turn off the heat when the fat on the ribs is basically drained. Drain the spareribs. Pour out the oil in the pot. Leave a little base oil. Remove the residue.
Step3:Put the lollipop in the pot, boil it over low heat, and then add the ribs, salt, soy sauce and water. (the amount of water should be able to submerge the spareribs) bring it to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer on a low heat. About 20 minutes.
Step4:Simmer until the soup is concentrated. Simmer on low heat. Add some vinegar and stir fry for a while. Then you can get out of the pot.
Step5:Eat sweet and sour spareribs.
