Step1:Slice ginger. Peel garlic. Boil the water. The water is not more than the spareribs. Pour in the spareribs and cook until the spareribs froth. Do not need to cook the spareribs completely. Otherwise, the meat will be old. Drain the spareribs after foaming. Pour out the water.
Step2:Put olive oil in the pot. Stir fry the prepared garlic cloves, ginger slices and star anise in the pot until golden. Pour in the spareribs (filter the water of the spareribs as much as possible) and stir fry. Add a proper amount of raw soy sauce. Add sugar and white vinegar according to your taste. Continue to stir fry.
Step3:Pour in warm boiled water. The amount of water is no more than the spareribs. Stew slowly over medium heat. When the water is running out, try it to see if it tastes good enough. If not, add sugar and white vinegar according to your own taste. Finally, stir fry with a spoon of oyster sauce.
