I'm lucky to get the trial opportunity of Weishida soy sauce. In order to experience its original flavor, I made this simple cold dish. -

Cooking tips:If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil to make it taste better. My husband and I don't eat spicy food, so we didn't put it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
