I like sweet and sour pork ribs most. They are very expensive outside. And pork ribs are not very good. Buy it and make it. It's economical. You can also adjust the sweetness and acidity according to your taste. I prefer the sour ones. What I do today will make the vinegar heavier.
Step1:Drain the ribs first, then drain them.
Step2:Heat the pot (very hot one. If you pour down the oil, you can see bubbles). Then put in the oil (I don't use clear oil). Without waiting for the oil to heat up, you can put in the ginger slices. Then put in the ribs and stir fry. Stir until the ribs turn yellow.
Step3:Stir fry the ribs until they are crispy. Put a spoon of cooking wine on the edge of the ribs. There is no cooking wine at home. I put the white wine
Step4:Put in two spoons of soy sauce. I use a light soy sauce. The soy sauce is too salty. The ribs will taste bitter. Then fry them for a few times.
Step5:Put in vinegar and sugar in turn. Stir fry over low heat. Do not use high or medium heat at this time. It will paste the pot.
Step6:Put in the water. Just submerge the spareribs. Turn on the heat. When you have half of the water left, use medium heat. When you have half of the water left, turn off the heat and stir fry. Add the salt. Until transparent soup appears. Stir fry and collect the juice all the time. Then you can start the pot. At last, sprinkle white sesame seeds on the table.
Cooking tips:First boil the spareribs to remove the blood. Dry them with a small fire. Finally, collect the juice with a small fire. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
