Step9:After fermentation, take out the dough and knead it for exhausting. Knead it with kneading and falling for about 1015 minutes (or put it into the bread machine and knead another dough procedure). This process is very important. The exhausting is good. The bread tissue will be more delicate.
Step10:After exhausting, divide it into 8 equal parts.
Step11:Cover with a damp cloth. Relax for 15 minutes, then roll it out with a rolling pin and roll it up. Then shape or round it. Put it in

Step13:After shaping, put it into the oven and ferment for 30 minutes (adjust to 38C in winter). The hair is 1.5 times larger.
Step14:Put a layer of yolk on the bread (only yolk, not protein. The color will be more beautiful when baking).
Step15:Preheat the oven at 200 ℃ for 5 minutes. Bake it at 180 ℃ for 1825 minutes. It only takes 18 minutes to separate and bake the bun. Picture: this kind of bun needs to bake for 25 minutes.
