My mother has always been very fond of cabbage. My favorite dish is mixed. My grandmother used to use fish sauce. I was a little tired of it. So I changed it into soy sauce. It was delicious. My family liked it very much.
Step1:Chop up the onion, garlic and chilli for later us
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the onion and pepper until they turn golden yellow. Stir fry the soy sauce until fragrant. Add water (the amount of water is controlled by yourself) and boil. Add salt and sugar. Put in garlic. When you smell garlic, put it into a bowl and set aside.
Step3:Cut the cabbage into sections, boil the water in the pot, put salt in the pot, boil the water and then put it in the cabbage. First put in the stem of the cabbage, then put in the vegetable leaves and cook them until they are slightly discolored, then take out the water and drain it. Put it in the plate
Step4:Finally, pour the onion oil on the cabbage. Finish. Serve
Cooking tips:When blanching cabbage, put some salt in the water. The color will be more green and delicious.
