Steamed carp is a delicious traditional Chinese dish. This dish is soft, tender, fresh, mellow, fragrant and not greasy.
Step1:Clean the killed carp, and put a diagonal knife on the fish. Sprinkle some beer on it (it's good to get rid of fishiness).
Step2:Sprinkle onion, ginger, pepper, star anise and a little salt on the surface of the fish. Wait for the water in the steamer to boil. Steam on the steamer.
