Cooking Steps

Be careful to put the fish into the pot and start frying. Never turn the fish in the middle. Then the fish will be broken. But if you don't turn the fish, it will be easy to stick to the pot and fry. So I have a unique skill. You can put the fish into a big leaky spoon and then put it into the oil pot. This is straight Until the fish is small. Fry all the water inside. It's almost golden on the surface. But in order to make the fish more delicious, you can fry it again after you take it out of the pot after the first time. There is no water in the fish like that. The taste of the fish will be quite good.

   Step5:After frying the fish, add a little water into the clean pot. Add the fennel and cinnamon. Cook for about five minutes. The water is not enough to add.

   Step6:Put three spoons of the marinated fish in the pot. Add a spoonful of sugar. Season yourself. Salty with sweet.

   Step7:Put in the fish just fried. Stir carefully. Let the juice in the fish. Because fish pieces are just fried, they absorb water very quickly. The pot will be ready in a minute or so.
