Step1:Chop pork into minced meat, ginger, garlic, onion and peppe
Step2:Pour in the cooking oil. Stir fry the minced meat in the pot. Add bean paste and dried chilli noodles. Add ginger, acid and onion to stir fry the flavor and add in the soy sauce.
Step3:Boil the fried minced meat with water. Pour in the tender tofu cut into pieces.
Step4:When tofu is cooked to taste, thicken it.
Step5:When you start cooking, add in the scallion. It's a plate of Mapo Tofu that is spicy, fresh, fragrant and tender.
