Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Rinse the whitebait and drain. Cut the leek moss into sections and set aside.

2. 

   Step2:Put the oil in the hot pot. Put in the whitebait.

3. 

   Step3:Add soy sauce. Stir fry with cooking wine.

4. 

   Step4:Stir fry the silverfish in the water to make the soup thicker.

5. 

   Step5:Add leek moss and stir fry for a few times, then add a little salt to make it out of the pot.

6. 

   Step6:Here comes the finished picture. It's delicious.
