Step1:First, wash the meat and cut it into long strips. Be sure to control the dry water. Then find a small basin and pour it directly into the basin. Put the meat in the basin and cover it with plastic film. Marinate it for four or five days (I marinate it in winter). Turn over the meat in the middle. Finally, take it out and hang it on the line or hook and put it in the ventilation place to air until it is dry. Then put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
