Three flavors. Each family of three loves it best.
Step1:Peel and slice lotus root. Wash lotus root powder in clear water. Blanch it in boiling water.
Step2:The size is neat. Cut it into silk and then cut it into pieces.
Step3:The pork is ground directly in the vegetable market. It is processed and minced a little more. Add some ginger powder, cooking wine, salt, sugar, sesame oil, sesame oil, pepper, chicken essence, raw soy sauce and old soy sauce to taste. Add the chopped lotus root and stir well.
Step4:I made pork and celery dumpling stuffing with the same steps. It's my favorite. Remove the celery leaves and wash them. Blanch them in boiling water. Chop them
Step5:I made pork and leek dumpling stuffing. It's my husband's favorite.
Step6:It's too much trouble to make dumpling skin. It's also a ready-made dumpling skin bought in the market.
Step7:Pack it. Stack it neatly.
Step8:Put oiled paper on the inside of the drawer. After boiling, put the dumplings in. Steam for 1520 minutes.
