Back in 2010, when I just graduated from college, I was hopelessly in love with freewheeling. So I carried a schoolbag and a boyfriend on this hard road. The first free travel destination is Changsha. When wandering around, I saw that many people in a noodle shop were eating a very novel thing. There was meat and eggs in the small bowl. I tried it out of curiosity. This test was three bowls. I thought it was drooling. It's often the small food that makes us have a deep memory of our journey. I'm glad that my stupid boyfriend who accompanied me didn't dislike me. He became my closest lover. We can go to find food all over the world happily for the rest of our lives
Step1:1-steamed salted egg yolk. Mash the bottom of the bowl. 2-minced pork with dried radish. Because dried radish is salty, there is no need to put salt in it. Chop and put salted egg yolk on the top. 3-knock a small egg on the top. Then spread coriander. 4-steam for 10 minute
Step2:It's steamed. Three layers of taste. The gravy is sweet and satisfying
