When I was a child, my family was poor. I seldom bought vegetables. Basically, the vegetables in my family's garden changed into patterns. When the tomatoes came down, one of the most common dishes in my family was scrambled eggs with tomatoes. It was accompanied by stewed rice. Or when it was boiled noodles, it was not greasy to eat. Although today's tomatoes are not as sweet as they were when I was a child, they are still the most popular ones on the table in summer.
Step1:Cut the onion and garlic. Wash the tomato and cut into small piece
Step2:Break up 2 eggs. Stir fry in hot oil over low heat. Serve for later use
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Heat the cool oil in the pot and stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the scrambled eggs and put a little salt. I don't like chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and so on, so I didn't put any of these condiment
Step4:Stir evenly. Out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallion. I didn't take photos when I was cooking. I just took a finished picture.
Cooking tips:If it's a fire with stewed rice, you can put some sugar in it if you like sweetness; if it's braised noodles, put more salt, add a little water, and make more soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
