I improved this one on the original recipe. I removed the butter and vegetable oil. I also reduced the sugar. I didn't use the walnut and chocolate beans. It's super delicious. It's a dessert especially suitable for making afternoon tea. It's excellent with coffee or black tea.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients you need. Bananas must be ripe. Unripe bananas taste bitter.
Step2:Put the bananas in a bowl and mash them.
Step3:Add other ingredients in turn. Don't bother to put things in here. It tastes different. It's better to put them in the same way. Mix the sugar first. Stir well.
Step4:Put in the eggs. Stir well. Make sure the eggs are completely dissolved before proceeding with the following steps.
Step5:Mix the milk and salad oil evenly and put them into the basin. Continue to mix. Then put in the flour. There is no grain. Do not over mix. Deny that it will get cramped
Step6:The original recipe is walnut. I use chocolate beans for baking. When baking, there are many things that combine the two. The taste is better. For example, cinnamon and apple match, Matcha and black beans match, banana and walnut or chocolate match. All of these make the finished product better.
Step7:Brush the edge of the mold. Then pour the batter into the mold. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Then bake for 3540 minutes.
Step8:The improved version of my recipe uses the smallest unit. My mold is bigger. Double the amount according to the square. No problem at all. By the time the recipe was released, I had eaten half of it. Hee hee~
