Step6:Everyone's lotus paste should be stir fried in place. It should not be wet. Otherwise, the baked moon cake will crack (as shown in the left picture). If it's dry, add some water and fry.
Cooking tips:Lotus is mainly supported by oil and sugar. If there is too little sugar, the moon cake will be hard and loose after two days. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
