I've been fascinated by health preservation recently. It's said that this kind of porridge can remove the color spots. Anyway, it's not hard to drink.
Step1:Prepare materials. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1H. Drain the water. Chinese yam peeled, washed and diced. Medlar warm blister.
Step2:Add cold water, rice, yam and medlar to the pot and bring to a boil. Boil over a small heat until soft and rotten. Add sugar and honey.
Step3:Finished product. With Steamed Yam and blueberry sauce.
