Step2:Put a little oil in the pot. Fry the spareribs until they are golden on the surface. Remove them for later use
Step3:Start the pot again. Stir fry the ginger and garlic with a little oil. Then pour in the spareribs. Put a teaspoon and a half of the old soy sauce into the color. Stir fry and wrap the color. Pour in a bowl and a half of water. Add a teaspoon and a half of salt, two teaspoons of brown sugar, star anise and a teaspoon of cooking wine. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat.
Step4:Turn off the heat and cook for five minutes. If you like the soft ribs, cook for eight minutes.
