Step1:Preparation materials: glutinous rice flour (jiangmi flour), yellow bean noodles and red bean stuffin
Step2:Add water to glutinous rice flour and make it into dough. Steam in a pot for 15 minutes. Then cool it.
Step3:While steaming the glutinous rice, stir fry the soybean noodles. Heat the dry pot to stir fry the soybean noodles.
Step4:Sift the fried soybean noodle
Step5:The red bean stuffing will be a little hard. It is recommended to add some water and stir evenly for use.
Step6:Sprinkle a small amount of cooked bean noodles on the panel.
Step7:Sprinkle the dried glutinous rice with the cooked bean noodles (so that the cooked glutinous rice won't stick) and roll it with a rolling pin to form a thin piece of dough. Then evenly smear the red bean stuffing as shown in the figure.

Cooking tips:I bought raw soybean noodles. I need to fry them by myself. I suggest buying cooked soybean noodles to make delicious dishes.
