Step7:Heat the oil again. Fry the fish until golden (half way to the opposite side
Step8:Leave a little oil in the pot. Saute the minced green onion and ginger. Add the mixed juice. Add the minced garlic when the soup is bubbling. Add water starch to make it thick.
Step9:Add hot oil when it's thick. Make it roll.
Step10:Pour it on the fish. Get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Cooking wine, 2-soy sauce (delicious), 3-sugar, 4.5-ketchup, 4-vinegar, 6-water, 8 (according to the proportion of spoon), carp's sauce changes with the size of fish. Eat while it's hot. If you want to shape, you can press the fish head and tail together by hand. But the fish should be smaller. It's not easy to shape when it's bigger. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
