This biscuit tastes crispy. It's a bit like digesting biscuits. The amount of baking soda and baking powder can be measured directly with the smallest 1ml of baking spoon. -
Step1:Melt the butter into a liquid state and add brown sugar. If the brown sugar has granules, it can be heated slightly until it is completely dissolved.
Step2:Add the egg mixture and stir evenl
Step3:Mix low flour, oats, coconut, baking soda and baking powder evenly. Add butter, brown sugar and other mixed liquids.
Step4:Mix well with a scraper. It will look a little dry. But it's OK to rub it into a ball. Now preheat the oven 180 degrees up and down.
Step5:Knead it into a ball, flatten it and put it into the baking pan. Send it to the middle of the oven. About 15 minutes. (baking time is related to biscuit size, thickness and oven. Please bake as appropriate
Step6:Is there instant sense of digesting biscuits? That's right. It tastes very similar.
