Step2:Add in the yolk and mix well. (avoid excessive mixing to avoid stringiness. It can be agglomerated. If it can't be agglomerated, add some protein and mix well.
Step3:Roll the dough into a large piece. Put it into the mould and knead it into a pie.
Step4:Next, make the sagging. Mix the salt free cream with the sugar. Add the egg and mix again. Add the almond powder and flour and mix well.
Step5:Pour the stuffing into the pie and smooth it. Arrange the apple slices.
Step6:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Then bake for 40 minutes until well done.
Step7:Take it out and let it cool. Sprinkle it with sugar powder for decoration.
