It's a special snack of Dali Midu. People in other places don't like it very much.
Step1:This is the material I use. They are yellow powder skin, pea starch, chili powder, mustard powder
Step2:Add pea starch and chili powder with a little salt and a bowl of water for 20 minute
Step3:Cover half a tablespoon of mustard powder with a little boiling water (mustard will be choking after a while). If you don't like mustard, you can skip this step
Step4:Put a little oil in the oil pan. Add water and boil it after the oil is hot (add some oil to make the yellow powder taste better. If you are afraid of being splashed by the oil, you can add some sesame oil or pepper oil when you eat without oil
Step5:When the water is boiled, stir the soaked pea starch and put it into the pot. Stir it and put it into the pot at the same time, or it will solidify. Stir constantly during the boiling process
Step6:When it's cooked, knead the yellow powder skin and add it to the pot to stir. When the yellow powder skin becomes soft, you can get out of the pot (because the yellow powder skin is cooked. I usually eat it as a snack when I'm free)
Step7:After leaving the pot, you can directly dilute the yellow powder. You can also solidify it and then slice it and fry it
Step8:You can eat the rest with your favorite seasoning. When it's cool, slice it and eat it
Step9:Pepper powder looks very red. It's not spicy at all. It's filtered pepper powder specially made for yellow powder. It's just not spicy in color mixing
