Step1:Put 500g flour into the basin, add 5g fermentation powder, proper amount of sugar and a little salt; pour in warm water or milk in several times, mix evenly and knead into a smooth dough; cover with fresh-keeping film to keep the surface of the dough moist and ferment.
Step2:When the dough is twice its original size, sprinkle a little dry powder on the chopping board. Knead the dough evenly and divide it into even sized blocks.
Step3:Take one of them and cut it into three small dosage forms. One dosage form is the dosage form of a twist dough. Rub the small dosage into long strips.
Step4:Hold one end of the long strip with both hands. Gently shake up the suspension and knead the two ends. The long strip will automatically close up.
Step5:The second fermentation is about 20 minutes. Then put the cooking oil in the pot until it is 70-80% hot. Put in the Jatropha embryo.
Step6:Deep fry until golden on the outside. Control the oil and serve hot.
