When I was a kid, I would order fatty intestines when I was in a restaurant in Northeast China. But now I seldom order this dish outside. I'm afraid it's not clean inside. Or it's not tasty enough. It's too hard. Or it's too oily. Or it's not delicious. When you want to eat it, you can buy a raw one and cook it yourself. Or you can buy a cooked sausage stir fried in a deli. Come and learn.
Step1:1-add white vinegar to the fat intestines. Turn over the intestines. Tear off the fat oil and fascia inside. Wash them repeatedly. 2 - boil in water. Add cooking wine, pepper and star anise. A little salt and ginger. Cook the sausage over low heat until it is 8 layers cooked. It will take about 30 minutes.
Step2:Cut the cooked intestines into segment
Step3:Stir fried onion, ginger and garli
Step4:Pour in the fat intestines. Stir fry over high heat. Cook in cooking wine and stir fry for a while.
Step5:Stir in pepper. Add soy sauce. A little vinegar. Some salt. A little sugar. Stir in green pepper
Step6:Finally, pour in a proper amount of water starch. Collect the juice and you will be out of the pot.
Step7:Delicious food. I wash it with white vinegar repeatedly without that bad smell. And I don't like the fat in my intestines, so it's very clean.
